Mr. Brown began his real estate career in 1977 as broker/co-owner of a residential real estate firm in South Carolina which he operated for six years prior to becoming involved in commercial real estate. Mr. Brown has spent the last 22 years specializing in office building leasing and property management. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and a Real Property Administrator (RPA).
